Abstract：In the report of the 20th CPC National Congress, the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping put forward a new view of “implementing the strategy for invigorating China through science and education and strengthening talent support for modernization”, made a new judgment that“ Education, science and technology and talents are the basic and strategic support for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way”, and put forward a group of new ideas. It referred to “giving priority to the development of education, self-reliance in science and technology, and talent, accelerating the building of a strong country in education, science and technology, and talent” and “comprehensively improving the quality of independent talent training”. “Chinese modernization” also has new educational implications. The new task of “ accelerating the building of a strong education country” has been deployed, and a series of new requirements have been put forward to run education to the satisfaction of the people. It determined the new methodology for the development of education in new era. It is of great significance to thoroughly understand the series of new treatises on education in the report of the 20th CPC National Congress.
