Famous teacher studio takes the backbone teachers with developmental potential as training target, and whether the teachers trained have creative consciousness and ability affect future development of teaching force. At present, teachers' learning in the famous teacher studio is based on the traditional apprenticeship, which is oriented to the replication of the famous teacher's practical knowledge. In essence, it is a replicative activity pointing to the past, which is not conducive to cultivating creative teachers. Teacher learning in the famous teacher studio should point to the future, creating knowledge and making it as an exploratory activity. This orientation reflects the conception of modern apprenticeship, and it also meets the internal needs of backbone teachers, is consistent with their identity as future leaders. With this orientation, the famous teacher studio should reconstruct its learning culture so that knowledge creation becomes a habit; break the studio centralized structure, creating knowledge based on community; clarify the studio learning mechanism, taking transformation and integration as the creation process; change the role of the famous teacher, and make leading creativity as the fundamental responsibility.
